Vegetable Sauté

3 cups cubed zucchini
1 large onion, diced
1 canned green chile, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 cup green beans
1 large can tomatoes
1/4 cup bacon grease
1 4-ounce can mushrooms
1 clove garlic

Sauté squash, onion and green pepper in bacon grease for 5 to 6 minutes and add rest of ingredients. Simmer until done. May be topped with toasted garlic croutons or warm broken canned fried onion rings when done.
