3-ounce pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup water
1 1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 (11 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 pint sour cream
Heat
water and pineapple juice, dissolve jello in it. Add frozen
strawberries, then pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour 1/2
the mixture in 9-inch by 13-inch glass casserole dish.
Chill until set, leaving 2nd half at room temp. When 1st
half is set; spread sour cream over and then put the 2nd
half of jello mixture on top. Chill until set.
