eye appeal, use a clear glass salad bowl. Prepare 10-12
hours ahead.
1 bunch raw spinach
1 can/jar real bacon bits
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 head lettuce
1 pkg. frozen petite peas, uncooked
1 bunch sliced green onions
1/2 cup layer of mayonnaise, mixed with your choice of
sald dressing
2 ounces diced cheese
2 ounces parmesan cheese
Layer
ingredients in order listed, starting with spinach. Refrigerate
10-12 hours.
