large thin sliced loaf of white bread
1 cube butter
2 4 1/2-ounce broken shrimp
1-2 pounds fresh crab meat
1 extra large onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups finely diced celery
mayonnaise

Cut
crusts off bread slices. Butter each slice of bread and
cube into large bowl. Add drained shrimp, broken crab
meat, onion and celery. Stir together with mayonnaise
until good and moist. Refrigerate at least 12 hours to
blend flavors. Stir and add more mayonnaise before serving
if needed. Sprinkle the top with paprika and garnish with
sliced black olives.
