1/4 cup marshmallows
2 3-ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup dark sweet cherries, pitted
1 1/4 cup apricot halves
1/3 cup crushed pineapple
dash of salt
Soften
cream cheese at room temperature and beat using some of
the fuice from the drained cherries. Stir in sour cream,
sugar and salt. Drain fruits and measure. Cut cherries
and apricots in chunks. Mix in fruits and marshmallows.
Pour in 8-inch by 8-inch pan and freeze for at least 6
hours. Slice
just before serving.
