Blue Ribbon Rice Salad

1 pkg. chicken Rice-a-Roni (prepare but don't saute)
artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 stp. mustard

Mix mayonnaise and mustard with artichoke juice and combine all other ingredients. Prepare and refigerate overnight before serving.
