Almond Coleslaw

4 cups shredded cabbage, about half a medium head
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup diced cucumber
2 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper

Combine cabbage, celery, cucumber, onion and almonds. Blend remaining ingredients, pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Serves 8.
