7 Layer Spinach Salad

Place in large bowl. Glass bowl shows off all 7 layers.

1st Layer:
Fresh torn spinach, about 2 to 3 bunches
2nd Layer:
1 lb. chopped, crisp bacon
2rd Layer:
1 pkg. frozen petite peas, unthawed
4th Layer:
1 medium white onion, chopped fine
5th Layer:
8 hard boiled egges, sliced
6th Layer:
1 inch thick layer of mayonnaise, spread with spatula
7th Layer:
cover with grated swiss cheese

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 24 hours. Do not toss. Be sure to cut through all 7 layers.

Combine dry ingredients. Beat sugar & oil until blended. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla & zucchini. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add nuts. Pour all into greased & floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes then turn out onto wire racks. When cool sprinkle the tops with powdered sugar, if desired.
