cup slivered almonds
½ cup instant chicken bouillon
1/3 cup Watkins Chicken Soup mix (dry)
½ cup Watkins Parsley
1 tablespoon Watkins Basil
1 tablespoon Watkins Minced Green Onion
1 tablespoon Watkins Dill Weed
2 teaspoons Watkins Season Salt
1 teaspoon Watkins Garlic Granules
½ teaspoon Watkins Lemon Peel
½ teaspoon Watkins granulated black pepper
Place
all ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or jar; seal
and shake to mix. Yields about 2 cups of seasoning. To
make the rice: Combine 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 cups water,
3 tablespoons seasoning, and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce
heat to low. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until all liquid
is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork before serving.
