Turkey Curry Salad

Dressing: Prepared the night before and refrigerated

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp curry
4 tbsp. chutney (optional)

Salad:
5 cups turkey or chicken in nice size chunks
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix all together. Add dressing just before serving. Serves 6-8.
