Turkey Casserole

2 cups instant rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli
3/4 cup sliced mushroom
2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey jack

Layer ingredients in a 13-inch by 9-inch pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
