Sweet and Sour Chicken

1 chicken, cut up (or equal favorite parts)
8 ounces dark Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 jar apricot preserves
3 tbsp. water

Mix dressing, soup and preserves with water. Roll chicken in mix and place in a greased 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. Pour the rest of the mix over the chicken. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
