cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, undrained
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
sliced almonds for garnish
Sauté
celery and onions together in a little oil. Chop or cut
chicken into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together.
Place in an oiled 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika
and sliced almonds. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Serves ten to twelve.
