Stack-a-roll Stroganoff

1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1 8-ounce carton sour cream
1 egg
10 biscuits (pre-made in tube)
1 can Fresh fried onions

Brown hamburger with seasonings. Drain. Mix with soup, mushrooms, half the sour cream and half the can of onions. Layer in 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish. In a small saucepan, mix egg with rest of sour cream and heat until thick. Cut rolls in half and place on top of the burger mixture pour egg mixture over top. Top with remaining onions. Bake at 350 degrees until rolls are golden brown. Serves six to eight.
