1-pound can salmon
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 medium potatoes, grated
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp. melted butter, cooled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Place salmon in mixing bowl, flake
with a fork. Add remaining ingredients in order given.
Blend well and pour into prepared dish. Bake until firm,
40 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
