pound marshmallows
1 cup hot coffee
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
Place
marshmallows in double boiler, add coffee and salt. Stir
over medium heat till melted and smooth. Chill until beginning
to set. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Arrange in
sherbet glasses. Refrigerate till set, about 2 hours.
