Apple Pizza

Crust:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup of shortening
2 tbsp. egg
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 cup cold water

Apple Filling:

3 apples, cored and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Topping:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine

For crust: mix flour, sugar and salt and cut in shortening with a pastry blender. Add egg, vinegar and water into the mixture and blend with a fork. Chill 15 minutes. Use 3/4 of the dough. Roll out on pizza pan. Spread dough and make an edge around the sides.
For Filling: Peel, core and slice 3 apples. Add sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Arrange apple slices on crust.
For Topping: Mix sugar, flour and margarine and sprinkle over top of apples. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
