cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups
flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. almond extract
Cream butter and sugar. Add almond extract. Slowly mix
in flour and salt. Chill dough. Form into 1-inch balls
and roll in sugar. Stamp flat with a decorative cookie
press, or bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 degree on an
ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
