Creamy Hot Chocolate Mix

6 cups powdered skim milk
2 cups dry coffee creamer
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Sift together the skim milk powder, coffee creamer, powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Store in airtight containers. Use 1/4 cup of cocoa mixture in an 8-ounce cup of hot water. Yields enough for 40 to 42 cups of cocoa.
