Roasted Corn on the Cob

6 potatoes
Cooking oil
Shredded Swiss cheese
Sliced green onion with tops

Tear off six 6x6-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil. Brush potatoes with some cooking oil. Wrap one potato in each 6-inch square of foil. Place on covered grill; lower the hood. Grill over medium-slow coals till tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Open potatoes with tines of fork and push ends to fluff. Top with shredded cheese and sliced green onion. Makes 6 servings.
