Meatballs Ole

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. hot green chiles, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
Ripe or green olives, water chestnuts, pineapple tidbits, or cocktail onions for meatball centers.
Parmesan cheese & sesame seeds (for rolling)

Mix about ingredients together and from in 1-inch balls around either ripe or green olives, water chestnuts, pineapple tidbits, cocktail onions or combination of one, or all. Roll in mixture of 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and 3 tbsp. sesame seeds.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Can make ahead, freeze and reheat for serving.
