dozen large mushrooms
1 bunch finely chopped green onions
6 oz. softened cream cheese
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Wash
mushrooms and remove stems. Mix together the cream cheese,
onion and bacon. Using the grease from the bacon, put
a few drops in each mushroom cap, then fill the mushrooms
with the cream cheese mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet
at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
