to 14 large mushrooms
1 cup cream cheese
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 small can crab meat, flaked
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Steam
mushrooms in a steamer basket for about 5-7 minutesuntil
starting to get tender. Meanwhile let cream cheese set
at room temperature till slightly softened. When softend
enough to mix, add 1/2 small can of crab meat, worcestershire
sauce, white pepper and mix well. Remove mushrooms from
steamer and stuff with the cream cheese mixture. Place
on foil on cookie sheet and top all mushrooms with shredded
cheese and bake at 350 until cheese on top is melted and
slightly browned (about 10 minutes)
